Day 13
To one who has made himself hollow and empty, devoid of all conflicts, devoid of all hankerings, none of these worldly things will either please or bring sorrow.
The difference between enlightenment and un-enlightenment is like the difference between a game and a war. War aims at joy in the end, where as in a game the very process is joy. (Pg164)
Day 14
Balance in activity, balance in food, balance in your rest, you sleep, will bring equilibrium within you - the balance and union.
When your mind retreats from all five senses and goes inside, you are in laya i.e. Rhythm and dissolving
The beginning of spirituality is when personalities disappear from your head.
Krishna said, there is no difference between enlightened i.e. One who knows himself and him(krishna) because enlightened are not away from him, even for a moment and he is not away from them.
Day 15
Three type of purity
purity of body
Purity of speech
Purity of feelings
Your criticism of other people should be just from the throat, if it goes little beyond, deeper, it is poisonous.
The identification - becoming one with the feeling, is the cause of the turbulence or turmoil.
An emotion is healthy only if it stays as long as a line on surface of water.
Through the eyes of janaka, the entire world was just bubbles on the surface of water i.e. One consciousness manifesting itself in so many ways.
The whole universe is a magic show and people are lost in their show and display various emotions.
Day 16
Bondage is not anywhere outside, it is in the mind, in the consciousness.
When you do good to people, do it out of your nature. Forget about how they behave and their reaction towards you.
Consciously being aware, dissolving the 'I' in me; when 'I' ceases to exist, that is freedom, that is liberation.
When you know that something is unknowable then you have known about it. Wanting to know creates the desire and keeps you in the future. Knowing it is to know that it is unknowable by the intellect or the mind, and that existence cannot be measured through your tiny intellect.
Spirituality is honouring the secret and accepting it. It stabilizes,it flowers and it blossoms.
Shraddha means not knowing what it is, but being willing to know with love something that is unknown. Loving the unknown is shraddha.
When there is shraddha, knowledge dawns in you.
'Why' is like a hook; a question mark is like a hook. It means you are hooked to the past.
Dispassion is the only way you can be centered.
Everything, every event in this world is to bake you, heat you up. And if you put your finger deeper into it, you get burned.

Be contented with what you have and you will see perfection and siddhi dawning in you.
