Going That Extra Mile - Sir Subhash Bhide

The past few months have convinced me that ‘Learning is Eternal’. Prof. Subhash Bhide - 48 year ‘young’, teacher, guide and mentor to thousands of students, proves this adage true. A key professor at Bhide Education Pvt., Ltd., Professor Bhide is a Chartered Accountant and is in the teaching fraternity for the last 24 years, imparting 3 lectures a day on a daily basis. His excellence is not simply restricted to Taxation but extends up to the territories of Strategic Financial Management and Financial Reporting too.
Beginning with the Degree college curriculum, he also takes classes for professional courses like Chartered Accountancy. His pleasant disposition is a source of delight and inspiration for all. Constant innovations in the art of teaching, enlivening a boring subject with the right dash of humour and a focused teaching methodology are his forte.

A few weeks back, when I heard he had again come up with new explanations to the some old concepts, I didn’t pay much attention. It was only after I attended his Strategic Financial Management again, that I realized what I would have missed had I not attended! I was delighted to hear all the new and improvised explanations from him. He had once again, come up with something new and something better! Teaching the same concepts daily for the last 24 years, Prof. Bhide not just imparts knowledge but makes a visible difference in the students’ lives.
