A little bird

A little bird, from her nest
looking at the sky,
she thinks of the sky as a cruel
place to be.
Happy in her little nest,
warm and comfortable,
never wants to leave her place.
untill her little heaven was
conquered by the ghost of hunger.
little bird not knowing what to do,
jumps out of the nest.
trying hard to fly,
falls on the ground, injured and hungry,
bird loses all her hopes.
she gives a last look at the sky,
vast blue sheet full of hopes.
her fear of sky was too small
against the hunger ghost.
she lifts her head up with a
hope to reach all she could see.
